RENTAL PERIOD AND PRICING:
Most prices quoted are for a ONE to THREE day period, and FRIDAY TO MONDAY ON WEEKENDS. Please call us for long term rates. Prices are subject to change without notice. A 30% Pre-payment and proof of identification will be required for all reservations. The Pre-payment is non-refundable if order is cancelled within 30 DAYS OF EVENT. Any changes in reservation must be made at least 7 days in advance of delivery. Additions made within 3 days of your order are subject to availability. A valid credit card is required for security. We do not keep credit card information on file. You will need a valid credit card at time of each transaction. There will be no refund for items removed from an order during the final week prior to the event.

PICKUP & DELIVERY:
PLEASE CALL FOR A SPECIFIC QUOTE. Our minimum charge is $90.00 (subject to change at any time) for the metropolitan area with an OPEN DELIVERY window Monday through Friday. Charges will vary by distance and time restraints, weekends, or holidays. Our professional delivery staff will stack all items in a mutually convenient place. Delivery will be made to ground level only - unless specific arrangements are made in advance. On pickup, all items should be stacked in the same location as delivered, with tables and chairs folded and items cleaned and returned in containers provided. If the equipment is not ready for pickup during the scheduled window, an additional trip charge will be required. Please be available by phone during scheduled windows of delivery and pickup. If you experience difficulty in the operation of equipment or have concerns regarding items delivered, notify us at 612-238-0650 within 30 minutes of time of delivery so we can respond to your needs. If you do not make an attempt to contact us, no refund or allowance will be made.

SET-UP AND TAKE-DOWN:
Our event staff will be happy to provide set up and take-down service for a reasonable cost if arranged in advance. Please call us for a price quote. MINIMUM CHARGE IS $20.00.

CLEANING:
All rental product, with the exception of linens and skirting, must be returned free of grease, food residue and/or wax. Do not clean rental product through any residential or commercial machine. If you return product unclean, you will
be charged a cleaning fee of 35% of the rental on that product. A $30.00 cleaning fee will be added to grills and all concession equipment. If returned clean, this fee will be refunded. Grills need to be free of any charcoal and in a cold state. Concession and catering equipment need to be free of food, liquid and/or any cooking products. Rental product should be packed in the containers provided.

LINENS AND SKIRTING:
Please do not leave linens in a plastic bag or other air tight container for an extended period of time. You will be responsible for damage caused by mildew, burns, or tears. Please return velcro clips with skirting, and return all hangers or fasteners.

LOSS OR DAMAGE:
You are responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery to the time of return. You will be charged a replacement cost for missing or broken equipment or packing containers.
